Q: WHO SHOULD TAKE THESE CLASSES?
A: Great for Strong Beginner to Intermediate/Advanced Levels of yoga or fitness-lovers. You can easily fit these classes into your busy life FROM HOME and finally get your freedom back along with your best healthy & strong self.
Q: WHY SHOULD I TAKE THESE CLASSES OVER OTHERS?
A: Because they work faster and better than anything I, and hundreds of my clients, have tried. And Science backs it up! This blend of yoga and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is literally the best exercise you can do and it takes the least amount of time. In just a few minutes a day, you can spark strength, cardio health, calorie and fat burn as if you've worked out for HOURS. It's pretty incredible.
Q: WILL THIS BE TOO HARD FOR ME?
A: That depends. If you're healing from a recent injury, or need a really gentle form of movement, then this course probably isn't the best fit for you. This program is for those with pretty good range of motion, who are in good health and relatively strong (you are moderately active in your life and fitness). If you have a little joint issue here and there, like your knees aren't great or your wrists don't bend well, you can absolutely do these moves your own way. I give many options. However, this is a strong, fitness-based yoga program that assumes you can get on the floor, hold a plank pose for a while (even if your knees or forearms are down), and move around enough to get sweaty.
Q: ARE YOUR HIIT MOVES BRUTAL ON THE JOINTS LIKE MOST OF THE GYM CLASSES I'VE TRIED?
A: No way! I'm an anatomy freak, and I designed all my signature HIIT movements to be easier on your joints, but still give you the miracle-level fitness results of regular HIIT. I have incorporated many modifications for those who are hoping to continue building strength but also need help addressing their individual needs.
Q: DO I HAVE TO BE A ‘YOGI’ OR ‘DANCER’ TO DO THESE CLASSES?
A: Absolutely not! Yoga is about exploring what works for your body and discovering new ways to build a stronger and deeper connection with your spirit. Whether you want to go all out or move subtly and slowly, no movements are off limits. If you're worried about the 'yoga level' or 'dance element' of any class, know that you can always stick with more familiar movements and no one will judge you (or even notice!) My general philosophy is: 'When in doubt, try it out!'
