YOGA SCULPT

Yoga classes that combine vinyasa flow, (a flowing practice of yoga) resistance training and cardio all in one. This unique sequencing allows you to indulge in the mental aspects of a conventional yoga class, mixed with the strength-building exercises of a high intensity workout – a win-win! By incorporating lighter weights into yoga poses, this class is designed to target all the major muscle groups. Yoga sculpt gets your blood pumping, your breath flowing, burns an incredible number of calories all while providing a full body workout that focuses on strengthening, lengthening, balancing and fortifying from the outside in.

Power Fusion Yoga

POWER FUSION YOGA

A class that has a foundation in vinyasa, a flowing practice of yoga, that links postures to the breath and a sprinkling of the traditional 26-Bikram style. This sequencing incorporates yoga drills, disciplined and repetitious exercises that build strength and flexibility while focusing on specific poses, body parts and movement.

Interval Training

INTERVAL TRAINING

A type of training that involves a series of low-to-high-intensity workouts, interspersed with rest or recovery periods. The high-intensity periods are typically at, or close to anaerobic exercise, while the relief periods involve activity of lower intensity. Varying the intensity of effort exercises will improve aerobic capacity and permits you to exercise for longer and/or more intense levels.

High-intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

A form of interval training—a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. Varying the intensity of effort exercises will improve aerobic capacity and permits you to exercise for longer and/or more intense levels.

Tabata Training

One of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. Varying the intensity of effort exercises will improve aerobic capacity and permits you to exercise for longer and/or more intense levels.
