Service Description
This is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students move fluidly from one posture to the next while connecting their breath to their movements. It combines vinyasa flow yoga, resistance training, and cardio interval training. Think traditional yoga sequences incorporating hand weights to intensify each yoga pose. Then add in strength training exercises like lunges and push ups, paired with high intensity cardio intervals. This is a full body workout, using compound movements to work multiple muscle groups at once. The benefits of yoga like this include building muscle, boosting metabolism and energy levels, and increasing flexibility and balance. Alex will coach you through the entire yoga sequence, providing form cues and modifications for all fitness levels. Bring your own yoga mat, weights, towel and water.
