The Fitness Process
Classes include Yoga Sculpt, Power Fusion Vinyasa Yoga, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT/Tabata) and Circuit Stations. which ignite the most whole-body definition, strength building and after-burn effect. I guide you through each exercise session with specific alignment tips and breathing cues given all the way through. Just follow along!
